LOVELY LOBSTER ROLL I likely wouldn’t order this again, as I was unaware of the KRAB in it, but the fried lobster on the side was delicious. Tables are filthy at this pod.

Recently ordered a platter from this food truck for a party - yes, please! Their sushi is delicious. After a little initial difficulty understanding how to order and what due to having different primary languages, I ended up texting my different questions and ordering through text with no problems! I will absolutely use them again. The platter was beautiful and the quality of the fish was excellent. Everyone loved the platter and the wasabi carved into a leaf was cool! (Not pictured.) Other attendees have since used them for their own party platters. Yay!

This is hands down the best sushi I have ever had. The fish is high quality, the presentation is beautiful, & the staff is friendly and gracious. My boyfriend & I came here twice on our trip to Maui after days spent hiking at Haleakalā National Park. We were most excited for this delicious treat at the end of the day. If I was local, I would eat here all the time!

So I have tried many Sushi, Poke, Seafood type places. Whether they be brick and mortar, food truck, farmer market stand, buffet. I have had good bad and what did I just eat. Let tell you this little food truck is one of the best I have had here in Hawaii or traveling. First of all you can tell that the chef takes pride in what he is doing. Every time I order from them. The presentation is great. The flavors are incredible and on point. This is one of the few places that I don’t have to add soy sauce or any other kind of sauce. The fish is fresh and has a great flavor then they have this slight sweet and tangy sauce they put on the fish which compliments it perfectly. The rice is not just rice but perfectly prepared sushi rice and it always comes with a green salad which I really enjoy because I feel like it compliments the poke bowl or chirashi bowl perfectly. Which leads in to my two favorite items to order from here are the yellow tail poke bowl and the Chirashi bowl. Now let’s talk about quality. All top notch, I have had food from places that cost 4x as much and was a total disappointment. So I was thrilled when I found this place. The menu is huge so you have so many choices. The prices are great especially for the quality and quantity. It’s also about the pride these guys are taking in the production. The seating area has definitely gotten better but just remember this is not a five star restaurant or the four seasons. So if you enjoy the natural beauty it is great. It does sit among other food trucks but that’s nice because it offers choices. I highly recommend the chirashi Bowl. I stop by here at least twice a month or more because they happen to be located next to the longs upcountry. So it is super convenient for me. Even if they were not I would make the drive for the quality and value. Local or tourist if you love sushi or poke you gotta try these guys out. I have a feeling you won’t be disappointed. Had the salmon poke, and the yellowtail roll. Simply put, this is some of the best sushi and poke I've ever had. The yellowtail was amazing, with a very unique flavor added with the thin pineapple slices. The poke was really great, salmon tasted fresh, and the sauce was tasty but not overpowering. If you want amazing sushi at a reasonable price, look no further!

We had a tuna poke bowl and an unagi sushi roll. The food was very tasty and an excellent value compared to other places we have eaten on Maui. I would prefer more vegetables in my poke bowls, but that is a consistent theme for the island.

This was excellent sushi, and we will definitely be back! It was so fresh and quite reasonable. We tried the rainbow roll, caterpillar roll, and the seaweed salad as well as the "burrito". All delicious!

I appreciated they had veggie options! My husband enjoyed his California roll and something else. My rolls did fall apart a bit when I tried picking them up but all was well. It was option to choose in the limited food truck area. Price was a bit up there but it's sushi in Hawaii. Employees were friendly and welcoming.
